Policies
In-Store Purchases:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return unworn items within fourteen days for full refund. All returns must be unworn, in original condition with original tags/boxes in resale condition. All returns will be up to the stores discretion and not guaranteed if wear and odors are apparent. Clothing and footwear that have been worn will only be accepted if there is a manufacturer’s defect. ALL in-store sales that are 30% off or greater are final sales.
Online Purchases:
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, or should you need to make an exchange, you will be required to return your order WITHIN fourteen days of receipt. We will happily exchange for a different size/style or refund your payment for the item(s) you have chosen to return. If for any reason you are unable to make your return within 14 days, we require a phone call to inform us of your return. Shoes or clothing that have been worn will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturer’s defect. ALL merchandise that is discounted 30% off or greater online are final sales and are NOT eligible to be refunded.
Payments:
Payment is due at time of order and available to purchase with any major credit card. Urban Shoetique Gift cards are available for use in store or by phone only, we are unable to accept them as online payment.
