In-Store Purchases:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return unworn items within seven days for full refund. After seven up to fourteen days a store credit will be issued.  Clothing and footwear that have been worn will only be accepted if there is a manufacturer’s defect. ALL in-store sales that are 30% off or greater are final sales.

Online Purchases:

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, or should you need to make an exchange, you will be required to return your order within fourteen days of receipt. We will happily exchange for a different size or style or refund your payment for the  item(s) you have chosen to return. Shoes or clothing that have been worn will not be accepted for refund or exchange unless there is a manufacturer’s defect.  ALL merchandise that is discounted 30% off or greater online are final sales and are NOT eligible to be refunded.

Payments:

Payment is due at time of order and available to purchase with any major credit card.

Shipping & Returns:

Urban Shoetique delivers your merchandise via UPS Ground and clothing ships via USPS. If you need your shipment to be expedited faster you will need to call the store directly for your additional shipping quote. Additional expedited shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
All shipments under $200 will be charged $15 for shipping, and all orders $200 or greater receive free shipping except in the case of expedited shipping.  There are no refunds for shipping charges nor do we cover the cost of your return shipping.
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, or you need to make an exchange for a different size,  please return your order within fourteen days of receipt to the return address enclosed with your original order. We will make the exchange for your desired size or refund your payment for the returned item(s). Urban Shoetique will not accept returns for shoes or apparel  that have been worn. Should there be a manufacturer defect, upon a pre approval by Urban Shoetique within 60 days of purchase “may” be accepted  ALL items discounted  30% off or greater are final sales and will NOT be refunded.
